<p>In situations where the rewards system has been exploited beyond regular-use, our team reserves the right to revoke points and/or the account entirely</p>

<p><strong>Member Responsibility </strong></p>

<p>It is the member’s responsibility to advise the company of any changes to their personal account contact information, such as name, address, telephone number(s) and/or email address</p>

<p>You represent and warrant that the information you provide to tentree upon creating an account is yours personally and is not being shared with multiple people. As you will be responsible for all activity that occurs under your access credentials, you agree to use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the site and to preserve the confidentiality of your username and password, and any device that you use to access the site</p>

<p>Account holders may request only 1 email update in the history of their account. This email must be unique, not having any existing rewards or points. In order for any updates to be made to the account members must reach out to <a href="mailto:support@tentree.com">support@tentree.com</a></p>

<p><strong>Membership Tiers </strong></p>

<p>Each account holder can increase the multiplier of their seed rewards as their lifetime spend with tentree.ca/tentree.com increases. These tiers are as follows:</p>

<p>Greener: Account holders with a minimum spend of $150 will receive seeds 1.2x faster per dollar spent on tentree.ca/tentree.com</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Pounder: Account holders with a minimum spend of $250 will receive seeds 1.5x faster per dollar spent on tentree.ca/tentree.com</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Highballer: Account holders with a minimum spend of $500 will receive seeds 1.7x faster per dollar spent on tentree.ca/tentree.com</p>
</li>
</ul>

<li>
<p>Tier levels are not transferable and therefore if seed rewards are transferred to a new email, tier level will be forfeit and the newly used account will be ranked at the tier level associated with its respective lifetime spend</p>

<p>tentree reserves the right to revoke tier levels in cases of account holder fraud or malpractice</p>
