Very uncomfortable when full - good for packing things
The bag is great in terms of the roll top and back zip, makes it semi adjustable and easy to reach things. However, if the rucksack is full, it is really uncomfortable to carry. The straps pull on your shoulders, the bottom digs in, and the serious discomfort starts within minutes of carrying the bag. I'm 1m70, and my dad at 1m85 also finds it very uncomfortable. Quality of the bag is very good.

Love the new shoulder pads - more cushion and more narrow. I wish the roll top side clips had more length and could be adjustable so if you had more stuff it could still be clipped to the sides instead of just on top. I miss the two zippered pockets in the front. I love that the old Velcro for the laptop compartment is now a clip. Overall still love this bag. Multi use and big enough for longer travel.
