I'm new to the brand and was nervous about buying clothes online with having no idea about the clothes. I'm so glad I took the chance! This sweater in particular is so comfortable and warm without being too bulky. It makes for a comfy all day-wear at work when the temps start to drop. I love the textured patterns and classic look. The first one I ordered had a really small opening for my head and I had to really force it through. One message to customer service and new one was sent for an exchange- it was so easy and painless! Love to the clothes, love the service.
