Love this brand. I have ordered several because they are excellent quality and so soft. They fit true to size and description. My absolute favorite sweatshirt. I mistakenly left off one item in my order therefore I placed a second order quickly, I was disheartened when I reached out to customer service asking if they could merge the orders and refund or credit my shipping which I paid on each item and would’ve been free with the two orders combined. They responded that they couldn’t do that due to how orders are generated. I would’ve thought even if orders couldn’t be combined for that reason they would’ve made an effort for customer satisfaction with a voucher, a discount, a no charge on shipping next order… something to rectify the situation. I understand it was my mistake but like I said I’ve been a good, loyal customer. It just didn’t settle well but my orders arrived and they are fabulous so at least there’s that. I still do highly recommend this company for these incredible sweatshirts.
