the zipper opening to the large bag portion is too small (seems to stop short at both ends).

I initially bought it as a gift for someone and thought of returning it since it was a smaller size than what they expected. I came to realize that it’s the perfect bag size to short travel and kept it. I’m really satisfied about the product and the customer service (as we first planned to return it)

Awesome all arounder duffle bag, quality feels great. But wish it had another pocket on the opposite side of the shoe compartment and velcro/button to hold the two handles together
