    Looking forward to the fall

    A friend of mine had a really great knit sweater on and it was from 10 Tree. I love finding brands with natural fibers and am quite happy with the style and fit. The white is a bit more beige than some of the photos. I got the navy blue as well and look forward to wearing them regularly in a month or two when the weather cools off.

    Cute but huge

    Cute style but even sized down this is about 3 sizes too big. Personally I can live with that but it is annoying that the sleves are 4-5 inches too long. Also I removed a star cause I was sent a stained item that was final sale so I couldn't do a return or exchange. If a product is damaged IT SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED AS DAMAGED. I would have just purchased a different item instead of a sale item. Now I'm not sure if all sale items are damaged or defective but it certainly makes me not trust this company.

    Can't handle being washed.

    This sweater was beautiful until I washed it. After leaving it air dry it was covered in small pieces of fluff. I can't imagine this sweater lasting much longer after a few more washes. Very disappointed.

    Disappointed

    I love TenTree and up until now had never had issues with clothing. I bought a Highline V-Neck sweater, in the summer, that I absolutely LOVED the style of. It was so flattering. In November I saw that the dark grey was available so snapped it up quickly. I was so very disappointed to find out that despite the exact same name, the style was nothing like the one I already had. The lines were totally different at the hem. Please, TenTree, if you are changing the style…change the name! I had. I reason to look at the pictures, see that the name was the same.

    I will add, as much as I didn’t like the style, the quality was great and the customer service was amazing!
